Use of University Name, Word Marks, and Logos

Any and all items purchased by Club Sport teams must have their artwork approved before ordering. Please be aware of these guidelines when designing artwork:

1. Items planned to be sold to the public MUST have the Club Sports logo on it somewhere. Items just for the team’s use are not required to have the Club Sports logo on it.
2. Acceptable word marks include: ‘CONNECTICUT’, ‘UCONN’, and the Husky Dog logo.
3. Use of the following words, phrases, logos and insignia are NOT permitted: University of Connecticut, official university seal and oak leaf logo.
4. Before placing an order with a vendor, drop your artwork off at the Club Sports office to get design approval. Approval may take up to a week or more.

For professional printing purposes, the blue in our logo is ‘PMS 289’.
