Wondering what your team has been up to since you graduated? Check out the Club Sports newsletter to find out. Your team may also have its own website, which can provide even more insight to their activities, and can be found on our team directory page.

Once club sport athletes graduate they often wonder how they can remain or become involved again with their team. Whether through active alumni groups, or individual efforts, club sports appreciate any support you can lend them – helping run a tournament, hosting an alumni event or simply giving advice are all ways in which you can become an active alumni. Your first step to this involvement is of course contacting the team – so visit the team directory page and get started today!

With the University of Connecticut’s wide reaching connections, we often wonder what our club sport alumni have been up to. If you or a former teammate have a great story to share, or would like to reconnect with other members of your team, we can help. With all of the games, races, performances and matches that Club Sport teams travel to and from on an annual basis, there are sure a lot of expenses! Though teams are eligible for funding through the Club Sports program and Undergraduate Student Government (USG), all of the clubs still collect dues from team members and complete fundraisers every year.

If you are able, lend a helping hand to your former team by making a donation! By donating through the UConn Foundation, Inc. your donation is tax deductible. Visit the UConn Foundation donation page and select “other gift designation not listed above” for your Gift Designation – by sure to indicate that you wish to donate to a club team (i.e. “Women’s club Softball” not “Women’s Softball”). After a donation, teams will be given access to funds through their own Foundation account.
